What you will do

• Install, repair, and maintain ATM hardware and associated devices.
• Perform multi-vendor maintenance and produce equipment performance/activity reports.
• Manage day-to-day customer relationships and escalate critical technical issues.
• Diagnose site-specific problems based on call information and customer input.
• Take full ownership of customer issues until resolution according to SLA agreements.
• Process stock movements and call-out details via mobile application.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of assigned ATM product lines and basic diagnostic techniques.
• Ability to travel within South Africa to perform servicing, installations, and repairs.
• Availability for stand-by rosters on weekends and public holidays.
• Commitment to completing NCR-specific certifications and business-district training.
• Proficiency in using mobile apps for call-out and stock management.
