Expert Services Engineer (Telecom)

Location: Must be based in Gdynia, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)

What you will do

• Introduce new features for Broadband Access products to internal and external customers.
• Act as the technical gateway between Services and R&D/Product Management departments.
• Enable global Services teams on new products and technologies through training and documentation.
• Coordinate early customer demos, trials, and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Drive product usability and maintainability across the entire lifecycle.
• Manage software release uploads to the Customer Portal and contribute to release project teams.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in telecommunications technology.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent knowledge of hirify.global Access & Aggregation products.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability and willingness to travel worldwide for business activities.
• Technical degree in Electronics or Telecommunication is desired.
