What you will do

• Execute field service assignments including maintenance, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Supervise and lead Field Service technician teams on-site.
• Provide expert advisory guidance to customer maintenance teams and third-party contractors.
• Lead mechanical condition assessments, alignment checks, and technical audits.
• Plan and schedule maintenance and shutdown services while supporting the sales process.
• Prepare detailed technical service reports and present findings to customer management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field service role.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience in paper and board machine technology.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to supervise contractors and coordinate field activities.
