What you will do

• Perform routine Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews for high-end customer orders.
• Analyze and optimize part designs to ensure manufacturability.
• Communicate with customers via phone and video calls regarding design and production issues.
• Collaborate with partners and suppliers to resolve technical challenges.
• Provide expertise in complaint handling and support continuous process improvement.
• Ensure timely resolution of technical production issues.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CNC machining and/or sheet metal manufacturing.
• Fluent and professional English and German required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and technical drawings.
• Ability to work within CET hours (08:00–18:00).
• Must be based in Germany, Poland, or Bulgaria.
