Salary: PLN 12,000 – 14,000 monthly

What you will do

• Execute field and remote missions to support dealerships and technical centers across Europe.
• Diagnose complex technical incidents, including advanced electrical, electronic, and multiplexing faults.
• Analyze systemic problems affecting multiple vehicles to provide containment and corrective actions.
• Utilize OEM diagnostic tools for guided diagnostics, software updates, and parameterization.
• Interpret wiring diagrams, service manuals, and technical bulletins to define repair methods.
• Produce detailed technical reports and deliver on-the-job training to technicians.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive technical support, diagnostics, or OEM/Importer technical assistance.
• Hands-on track record of resolving complex electrical/electronic faults using OEM diagnostic platforms.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams such as workshop, quality, and engineering.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and case reporting.
• Ability to travel for field support across Europe.
