What you will do

• Design and build intuitive Looker dashboards to enable data-driven decisions across the organization.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into effective visualization solutions.
• Transform complex datasets into compelling data stories that drive business action.
• Customize dashboards using HTML and CSS to improve the overall user experience.
• Produce technical documentation and provide training to empower business users in self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with analytics engineers and contribute to the development of AI agents and co-pilots for automated insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in BI development with a strong focus on dashboard creation.
• Expert knowledge of Looker and LookML (or a comparable BI tool).
• Strong SQL skills for advanced data analysis and manipulation.
• Deep understanding of data visualization best practices and UX design principles.
• Proven ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS for dashboard customization.
• Experience with Tableau or other leading data visualization tools.
• Experience with cloud data platforms, specifically Google BigQuery.
• Familiarity with dbt and data modeling concepts.
• Knowledge of AI applications within analytics products.
