Location: Kraków, Poland; hybrid model with 3 days in the office

What you will do
- Design and build intuitive Looker dashboards for business users across IG.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and translate them into effective visualization solutions.
- Turn complex data into clear, compelling stories and insights that drive business action.
- Customize dashboards with HTML and CSS and create documentation and training for self-service analytics.
- Work with analytics engineers to use underlying data models effectively.
- Contribute to AI agents, co-pilots, and automated insights for business users and clients.
Requirements
- At least three years of experience in BI development and dashboard creation.
- Expert knowledge of Looker and LookML, or a comparable BI tool.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis and manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and UX design principles.
- Experience translating complex data into clear stories for non-technical audiences.
- Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills.
Nice to have
- Basic HTML and CSS for dashboard customization.
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Experience with cloud data platforms, particularly Google BigQuery.
- Familiarity with dbt, data modeling, and applying AI to analytics products.
