Data Analyst (Expert)

Location: Gdańsk, Łódź, or Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 25% remote

Salary: Up to 130 PLN/h net + VAT

What you will do

• Support the critical Global Know Your Customer program through data analytics, design, and development.
• Work with data taxonomies and build small data models.
• Produce clear, actionable reports in Power BI.
• Collaborate with IT, Architecture, Financial Crime, Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to implement changes.
• Navigate changing priorities and identify effective solutions in a fast-paced project environment.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience in data management, data quality, or a related role, preferably in financial services.
• Advanced SQL and experience with Python, R, Java, and Scala.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of financial crime domains, including AML/CTF, KYC, transaction monitoring, and sanctions.
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences, analytical and problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and organization.
• Fluent English, spoken and written, is mandatory.

Nice to have

• Experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Previous involvement in data migration and integration projects.
