Senior Power BI Engineer (AI)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with the option to work from home two days per week and regular office engagement.

What you will do

• Execute the AI and BI strategy for BI tools and data products.
• Design and develop complex BI software solutions aligned with business requirements and user needs.
• Build and support complex data models and reports using Power BI, DAX, Power Query, TMDL, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Translate system requirements and user stories into robust, supportable code and technical specifications.
• Develop, test, and deploy code across the software development life cycle using CI/CD tooling.
• Collaborate with product management, operations, software engineers, and cross-functional teams on architecture, integrations, governance, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Expertise with the Microsoft Analytics stack, including Power BI, DAX, TMDL, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience developing and managing BI solution architecture with governance.
• Strong knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools.
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification.

Nice to have

• Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate certification.
