What you will do
- Deliver and enable net sales targets within specific service categories and areas of expertise.
- Manage the sales funnel by creating solutions, quoting, and closing deals using a value selling approach.
- Generate and nurture leads through proactive identification and cross/up-selling of products.
- Drive customer interest via presentations, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with Portfolio and Product Managers to identify and address portfolio gaps.
- Maintain commercial compliance with pricing, contract terms, and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales or Account Management.
- At least 2 years of total experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency.
