Logistics Operations Manager

Location: Hybrid role based at hirify.global sites in Kulim or Penang, Malaysia, with on-site and off-site work

hirify.global operates a global logistics organization supporting the movement of materials, equipment, and finished goods.

What you will do

• Manage inbound, interplant, and outbound shipments and maintain continuity of deliveries.
• Own dock operations for site start-up, ramp, and steady-state logistics execution.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
• Analyze processes and data to identify defects, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Track, escalate, and resolve shipping, warehouse, carrier, and execution exceptions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics providers to improve cost, speed, quality, and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of logistics operations or 3PL management experience with a bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a master’s degree.
• Experience with warehouse operations, compliance, supplier governance, and end-to-end execution ownership.
• Proficiency in SAP or WMS systems, inventory control, and performance metric tracking.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating data into corrective actions and sustained improvements.
• Ability to support customer ramps, operational transformations, and large-scale logistics readiness initiatives.
