Staff Production Support Specialist (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Provide supply status against forecast, actual demand, and build strategy while coordinating platform, business, supply chain, customer service, and support teams.
• Plan and prepare production and work orders in SAP and manage OSAT manufacturing activities, including WIP movement, material shortages, backlog resolution, and shipment timing.
• Own delivery commitment and recovery plans, monitor order fulfillment, and coordinate monthly forecasts and delivery negotiations with OSAT partners.
• Analyze inventory, manage days of inventory, address slow-moving and obsolete stock, adjust order quantities, recommend material substitutions, and support inventory depletion.
• Maintain planning-parameter master data and use OTD, supplier OTD, cycle time, B2B transaction, and revenue metrics to improve delivery performance.
• Attend operations meetings, support internal projects, coordinate cross-functional actions, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, supply chain, engineering, or operations planning.
• 8–10 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment or subcontractor management.
• End-to-end supply chain understanding and the ability to work and communicate effectively with OSAT partners.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, and ERP systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and supply-chain planning skills, sense of urgency, accountability, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, influence change, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
