Group HR Systems & Insights Specialist (HRIS): Managing and optimizing HR systems and leveraging data analytics to provide strategic workforce insights with an accent on system configuration, data integrity, and KPI reporting. Focus on automating HR workflows, solving complex Tier 2/3 technical issues, and translating complex data sets into actionable business intelligence.

Location: Hybrid (4 days in office per week) in London, UK

What you will do

• Manage, configure, and customize HR systems to align with business processes, security requirements, and data protection regulations.
• Provide technical support to HR teams and employees, resolving system functionality and data discrepancies via a ticketing system.
• Ensure HR data integrity and security through regular audits and oversight of data entry processes.
• Develop and automate HR reports and KPIs, including headcount, turnover, and employee engagement, using Power BI and Excel.
• Evaluate and implement system upgrades, new features, and HRIS best practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with IT and HR stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate data into actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements

• Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel for data manipulation and visualization.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and regional employee data privacy laws.
• Ability to present technical information and insights to non-technical executives.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (4 days per week) from London, UK.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certifications in HCM, Talent, Recruitment, PRISM, Reporting, or Compensation modules.
• Direct experience with Workday PRISM.
