What you will do

  • Review and perform risk-based assessments of income and expenditure contracts daily.
  • Provide legal support in RFP procedures and custom contractual terms for tender documentation.
  • Draft, amend, and systematize contractual templates, internal policies, and legally binding notices.
  • Negotiate and manage conflicts with counterparties and stakeholders across all deal stages.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement contract automation tools and streamline review processes.
  • Advise billing, sales, business development, and product departments on contract-related matters.

Requirements

  • University degree in law (LL.B., LL.M. preferred).
  • 3+ years of working experience in an international environment.
  • Extensive experience drafting and negotiating legal documents in English.
  • Proven expertise in B2B SaaS agreements under Common Law.
  • Strong knowledge of the laws of England and Wales.
  • Good understanding of civil law, corporate law, and private international law.

Nice to have

  • Understanding of privacy laws and GDPR framework.
  • Experience in consulting firms or IT/RegTech companies.
  • Familiarity with AML/KYC compliance principles.
