Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam (after 3 months in-office, 3 days in-office and 2 days remote weekly)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end process for all third-party contracts, including payment processors and tech vendors.
• Optimize and scale the AI contract review tool (Luminance) to build smarter and faster workflows.
• Provide leadership with real-time visibility into third-party risk based on factual data.
• Manage contract negotiations to ensure agility without compromising legal security.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with a Master's degree in Law.
• Strong professional background in financial services.
• Extensive experience negotiating third-party contracts, vendor agreements, and DPAs.
• Deep knowledge of GDPR, PSD2, DORA, and DNB/EBA regulations.
• Experience implementing and building processes around AI legal tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Dutch.
