hirify.global is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth observation constellation and software platform to provide high-resolution thermal insights.

What you will do

• Support corporate governance, board materials, and shareholder resolutions for entities in the US, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
• Manage entity lifecycles and statutory compliance, coordinating with local service providers and external counsel.
• Build and maintain compliance programs, including export controls (ITAR/EAR, EU dual-use), trade sanctions, and anti-corruption.
• Develop internal policies and training to embed a culture of compliance and governance.
• Ensure data protection and privacy compliance, specifically regarding GDPR.
• Draft and negotiate commercial, corporate, and confidentiality agreements (NDAs, vendor, and intercompany arrangements).

Requirements

• Law degree and qualification to practice as a lawyer in a relevant jurisdiction (e.g., Master en Droit in Luxembourg/EU or J.D. in the US).
• 5+ years of relevant legal experience in-house or at a reputable law firm, focusing on corporate and compliance.
• Strong contract management and drafting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English (C1+).
• Knowledge of corporate law and governance in a multi-jurisdictional environment.
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset suitable for a scaling startup.

Nice to have

• Experience with export controls (ITAR/EAR), sanctions, or regulated-technology environments.
• Familiarity with equity administration, fundraising, or M&A processes.
• Knowledge of Luxembourg corporate and employment law.
• Exposure to space, satellite, geospatial, or deep-tech sectors.
• Working proficiency in French, German, or Luxembourgish.
