What you will do

• Oversee the implementation of short courses and targeted educational activities to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Lead procurement processes and tender documentation in compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules.
• Negotiate and manage service provider contracts to ensure quality delivery and value for money.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to coordinators regarding activity delivery and logistics.
• Lead promotion and selection processes, including outreach, eligibility screening, and assessment coordination.
• Oversee participant briefing, mobilization, and welfare frameworks to ensure a high-quality experience.

Requirements

• Must have valid work rights in Australia (visa sponsorship is not available).
• Qualification or equivalent experience in project management, international development, or a relevant field.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale procurement, tender documentation, and assessment processes.
• Proven track record in coordinating logistics and delivery of training programs.
• Strong team management, mentoring, and task allocation capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver solutions while managing multiple competing deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of the Australian higher education and training sector.
• Experience in the delivery of DFAT-funded international development programs.
