What you will do
- Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, averaging 60 calls per day.
- Research and engage potential clients within the Swedish retail and hospitality markets to identify key stakeholders.
- Qualify leads by analyzing prospect needs, challenges, and priorities to validate business potential.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
- Manage activity metrics and pipeline targets using the Sales Playbook.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Located in Copenhagen or Stockholm with the ability to work from the central office.
- Strong hunting drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Preferably currently pursuing a university degree in business with 1.5 years or less remaining.
Nice to have
- Experience within the retail industry or previous experience as a frontline employee.
- Proven experience in outbound Sales Development, specifically generating pipeline through cold calling and LinkedIn.
- Experience with B2B sales.
