TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Copenhagen or Stockholm and able to work from the office

What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn, averaging 60 calls per day.
  • Research and engage potential clients within the Swedish retail and hospitality markets to identify key stakeholders.
  • Qualify leads by analyzing prospect needs, challenges, and priorities to validate business potential.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified meetings.
  • Manage activity metrics and pipeline targets using the hirify.global Sales Playbook.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in client-facing roles such as sales, customer service, or telemarketing.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
  • Located in Copenhagen or Stockholm with the ability to work from the central office.
  • Strong hunting drive and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Preferably currently pursuing a university degree in business with 1.5 years or less remaining.

Nice to have

  • Experience within the retail industry or previous experience as a frontline employee.
  • Proven experience in outbound Sales Development, specifically generating pipeline through cold calling and LinkedIn.
  • Experience with B2B sales.
