What you will do

• Manage several mid-sized client projects within DACH countries.
• Steer client and project teams to ensure project goals are consistently met.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager, Consulting Director, and global PMO on project financials.
• Strengthen and optimize the project management quality assurance process.
• Provide training on project management software, best practices, and templates.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience managing SAP HCM projects.
• Full working proficiency in German and English languages is a must.
• Solid knowledge of project financials and controlling with practical application.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Project Management Processes (certifications are a plus).
• Hybrid work format (requires office attendance).
