Instructional Designer (AI)

What you will do

• Perform learning needs analysis and high-level course design in collaboration with Product Managers and SMEs.
• Map learning outcomes for entire courses, modules, and individual lessons.
• Translate complex technical materials into clear, learner-friendly educational content.
• Design effective practice exercises and learning aids.
• Collaborate with the production team to develop visual content.
• Audit and improve existing courses based on cognitive load, difficulty, and student feedback.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role.
• Proven experience working with technical topics such as software engineering or data science.
• Deep knowledge of digital learning design frameworks and principles.
• Ability to create various content forms, including long reads, videos, and assessments.
• Proficiency with Figma, HeyGen, and Supademo.
• English: C1+ level of proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with customer education and software instructions.
• Experience developing certification programs (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
