What you will do

• Design and develop complex, scalable digital learning solutions including eLearning modules, interactive SCORM packages, and video-based content.
• Lead the end-to-end eLearning design process from analysis and storyboarding to quality assurance and deployment.
• Apply generative AI tools to enhance learning design workflows and team capabilities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify learning needs and align digital solutions with strategic business goals.
• Mentor and coach the design team, providing quality oversight and promoting best practices in instructional design.
• Implement measurement frameworks to evaluate eLearning effectiveness and ROI through data analytics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in digital learning design, eLearning development, or instructional design, including leadership roles.
• Must have full working rights in Australia without the need for sponsorship.
• Advanced knowledge of instructional design models, adult learning theories, and performance-focused strategies.
• Mastery of digital learning tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate, and Vyond.
• Strong understanding of LMS platforms, xAPI, SCORM, and analytics tools.
• Experience working with senior leaders and managing complex, enterprise-level initiatives.

Nice to have

• Certifications in digital learning, instructional design, or project management (e.g., ATD, CIPD, PMP).
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software.
