Location: Must be based in the US, with periodic support required at VA facilities in Washington, DC.
Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 Annually

What you will do
- Lead the design, development, and sustainment of TAP curriculum products in alignment with VA standards.
- Manage project plans, schedules, risks, and quality reviews for multiple curriculum deliverables.
- Apply ISD methodology and Bloom’s Revised Taxonomy to all training development activities.
- Oversee the creation of multi-modality training materials, including instructor-led, virtual, and asynchronous web-based content.
- Ensure all training products meet Section 508 accessibility requirements and undergo rigorous validation cycles.
- Coordinate with government program managers, subject matter experts, and operational stakeholders to define learning requirements.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in curriculum development or instructional systems design and 12+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing PWS-defined curriculum projects.
- Proven expertise in ISD methodology, needs assessment, and formative/summative evaluation.
- Proficiency with Articulate 360/Storyline, PowerPoint, and Adobe InDesign.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills for working with Federal government clients.
Nice to have
- Prior experience supporting VA, TAP, or military-to-civilian transition programs.
- Experience with Federal government contracting and large-scale program management.
- Familiarity with VA branding, plain-language requirements, and SCORM-compliant content.
