What you will do
- Manage and grow a defined territory to deliver revenue targets.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from initial engagement to contract signature.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
- Develop strategic account and territory plans for sustainable pipeline growth.
- Position Governance solutions by articulating value based on specific client needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams to advance deals.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work in Dubai, UAE.
- Proven success in B2B sales with at least 7-8 years of experience.
- Experience managing full-cycle sales and closing complex deals.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or marketing/sales.
- Strong commercial acumen and high-level negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
