What you will do

  • Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract signing.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the EU target markets.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage complex sales opportunities with senior executive-level decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to strengthen market presence.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or cryptocurrency.
  • English: B2 level required.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and internal events.
