What you will do
- Own the full B2B sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract signing.
- Identify and close new business opportunities within the EU target markets.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to consistently achieve revenue targets.
- Manage complex sales opportunities with senior executive-level decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to strengthen market presence.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or enterprise sales.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, SaaS, or cryptocurrency.
- English: B2 level required.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and internal events.
