Account Executive - Public Sector (AI)

What you will do

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of government accounts, including ministries and sovereign-backed programs across the Middle East.
• Own complex government engagements end-to-end, navigating public procurement cycles, tenders, RFPs, and security reviews.
• Identify new business opportunities where national digital transformation and AI strategies intersect with voice AI.
• Negotiate contracts and act as a trusted advisor to senior government stakeholders on compliance and responsible AI deployment.
• Track KPIs and sales performance, providing weekly updates to the internal team.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UAE.
• 10+ years of sales experience in a SaaS or enterprise technology organization.
• Proven track record of selling AI or advanced tech solutions to governments in the Middle East.
• Deep understanding of regional government regulations, data sovereignty, residency, and procurement law.
• Excellent communication skills to build relationships from technical evaluators to ministerial leadership.
