What you will do

  • Manage a defined territory of new logo targets and existing customers to drive pipeline and expansion.
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound outreach, inbound leads, and partner co-sell motions.
  • Lead value-based discovery conversations and build business cases for senior stakeholders.
  • Execute renewals and upsell opportunities, navigating procurement and contract negotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to resolve blockers.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene and provide accurate forecasting to leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of full-cycle, quota-carrying sales experience at a software or technology company.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working within the MEA region.
  • Familiarity with outcome-driven sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Experience in new business acquisition, renewals, and account-based selling.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.

Nice to have

  • Arabic language proficiency.
  • Experience or familiarity with data analytics platforms and use cases.
