What you will do

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive exhibitor and sponsorship revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage a strong pipeline of potential sponsors.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and high-value negotiations to secure partnerships.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with event goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and post-sale management.
  • Monitor industry trends and attend networking events to generate new leads.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B event sales (exhibitions, conferences, or media).
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to execute sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in lead generation, prospecting, and business development.
  • Ability to sell across multiple revenue streams including exhibition stands and digital opportunities.
  • Must have valid work authorization for the UK; sponsorship is not typically provided.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce experience.
  • Experience selling within the technology sector.
  • Existing C-level contact network.
