What you will do

• Develop key customer strategies to achieve sustainable development and growth.
• Achieve channel sales targets (sell-in/POS) in accordance with company goals.
• Negotiate trade terms with key customers and optimize channel costs.
• Forecast demand to maintain reasonable inventory levels for distributors and retailers.
• Implement promotional plans and ensure the successful launch of new products.
• Manage distributor relationships and establish sales reporting systems to monitor progress.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in KA channel management and communication.
• Experience in new retail operations and management.
• Proven track record of managing regional markets with a scale exceeding 30 million.
• Familiarity with KA headquarters operations and cross-departmental communication.
• Strong numerical analysis skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be based in Shanghai, China.
