Assistant KA Manager (Retail)

What you will do

• Develop key customer strategies and drive sustainable customer development.
• Achieve channel sales targets across sell-in and point-of-sale performance.
• Negotiate customer contracts, optimize trade terms, and control channel costs.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory levels for distributors and retailers.
• Coordinate new product launches and promotional plan execution.
• Manage customer relationships, sales reporting, monitoring, and follow-up across the channel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in key account channel management and communication.
• Experience working with key account headquarters and coordinating across departments.
• Successful management of a southern regional market with a scale exceeding 30 million.
• Strong numerical analysis and data sensitivity.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Resilience under pressure, self-discipline, and high personal standards.
