What you will do
- Develop key customer strategies and drive sustainable customer development.
- Achieve channel sales targets across sell-in and point-of-sale activities.
- Negotiate customer contracts, optimize trade terms, and control channel costs.
- Forecast demand and manage inventory levels for distributors and retailers.
- Coordinate new product launches and promotional plan execution.
- Monitor sales progress through reporting systems, business reviews, and customer follow-up.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in key account channel management and communication.
- Experience operating with key account headquarters and coordinating across departments.
- Experience managing the southern regional market with a scale exceeding 30 million.
- Strong numerical analysis skills and sensitivity to data.
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Passion for sales, resilience under pressure, and a self-disciplined approach.
