What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across the Japanese retail ecosystem.
  • Drive business growth by activating partner networks and generating new sales opportunities.
  • Lead or support customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with partners on account planning, opportunity development, and customer engagement.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, solution recommendations, and project estimations.
  • Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native-level Japanese and fluent English proficiency required.
  • 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
  • Experience in technology-driven environments such as software, hardware, or retail tech.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a consultative selling approach.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Proven track record in managing indirect sales channels or strategic partnerships.
