What you will do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners across the Japanese retail ecosystem.
- Drive business growth by activating partner networks and generating new sales opportunities.
- Lead or support customer meetings, presentations, and solution demonstrations.
- Collaborate with partners on account planning, opportunity development, and customer engagement.
- Prepare commercial proposals, solution recommendations, and project estimations.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
- Native-level Japanese and fluent English proficiency required.
- 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Channel Sales.
- Experience in technology-driven environments such as software, hardware, or retail tech.
- Strong commercial mindset with a consultative selling approach.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Proven track record in managing indirect sales channels or strategic partnerships.
