What you will do

• Identify and recruit MSP/MDR partners, managing their onboarding, enablement, and training.
• Develop global strategic joint business plans covering executive interlocks, certification, and partner marketing.
• Drive revenue growth within SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts through joint sales pursuit activities.
• Manage interlocks across executive, product development, and marketing teams to promote the company's value proposition.
• Create capacity and joint solution development plans for targeted industry markets.
• Lead business performance reviews with senior management and maintain activity dashboards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• 5+ years of successful enterprise sales experience managing strategic MSP/MDR accounts.
• 2-5 years of proven track record exceeding revenue targets through innovative GTM plans with MSP/MDR partners.
• Fluent in Japanese and business level English.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence at senior levels.
