TL;DR

Director, Alliances and Channels (SaaS): Growing and enabling the partner ecosystem in Japan to achieve software subscription targets with an accent on building a multi-tier partner network and driving GTM strategies. Focus on sourcing new revenue streams through global SIs and consulting partners and managing complex alliance relationships.

Location: Tokyo, Japan. Must be in the office 3 times a week

What you will do

  • Achieve software subscription targets by sourcing new opportunities and influencing existing ones.
  • Build and manage a multi-tier Japanese partner ecosystem aligned with the local sales strategy.
  • Activate new partners by communicating the hirify.global value proposition and monetization strategies.
  • Guide partners to build capacity and competency according to hirify.global best practices.
  • Develop and execute joint annual and quarterly business plans with focus partners.
  • Serve as the senior conduit between internal hirify.global teams and the external partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with large Global SI, Consulting, or Advisory partners building joint GTM strategies.
  • Proven track record of building partner ecosystems from early stages to generate net new revenue.
  • Ability to develop solution scenarios and proposals for partners and end customers.
  • Experience negotiating partner contracts and agreements.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
  • Must be based in Tokyo and able to attend the office 3 times per week.

Nice to have

  • Strong existing network with Accenture, PwC, Deloitte, IBM, or EY.
  • 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions at Global SIs.
  • Previous people management experience for small groups.
  • Experience managing Japanese SI Alliances and Partnerships.
