What you will do

• Support day-to-day internal communications for Enterprise & Growth teams including product and leadership updates.
• Plan and execute internal events such as All Hands, leadership AMAs, and Q&A sessions.
• Manage logistics for company-wide customer storytelling programs to highlight impact and insights.
• Monitor Slack channels and feedback signals to identify information gaps and improve employee connection.
• Maintain intake calendars and track key milestones, dependencies, and review timelines.
• Contribute to broader internal communications priorities with flexibility and strong follow-through.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience supporting internal events, team meetings, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Excellent organization and project coordination skills with a focus on tracking deadlines and logistics.
• Sound judgment and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
• Collaborative approach with the ability to build trust and keep cross-functional teams aligned.
