What you will do

• Coordinate daily supply operations, including trucking, transloading, and warehouse activities.
• Analyze subcontractor and carrier performance data to drive management initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end booking and documentation processes with air carriers.
• Troubleshoot shipment exceptions and handle escalations in a timely manner.
• Contribute to the development of operational procedures and system improvements.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in airlines, air freight forwarding, or logistics.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a process-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work outside office hours, including occasional weekends or night shifts.
• Commitment to maintaining high compliance standards in a regulated industry.
