Clearance Broker-Lead (HCMC)

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end customs clearance for import and export shipments.
• Review customs documentation and classify goods according to applicable regulations.
• Determine duty rates and tax liabilities.
• Resolve customs-related issues and respond to customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to ensure timely clearance.

Requirements

• Secondary education or equivalent.
• At least five years of experience in customs.
• At least two years of experience at hirify.global/TNT is required.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, procedures, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency with customs clearance software and online customs portals.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and PC tools, with strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
