TL;DR
Engineer – Air Network & Partner Management (Air Network Planning): Designing and optimizing third-party air network capacity across Asia Pacific with an accent on airline partnerships, operational integration, and quantitative performance analysis. Focus on evaluating partner solutions, implementing new capacity and routes, resolving service disruptions, and improving reliability, transit performance, and cost efficiency.
Location: Onsite in Singapore or Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do
- Develop third-party air network capacity strategies across Asia Pacific.
- Identify, evaluate, and recommend airline, charter, interline, and transportation partners.
- Lead partner onboarding, implementation planning, operational integration, and launch readiness.
- Monitor service, reliability, utilization, capacity, and financial performance.
- Optimize schedules, routes, capacity allocation, contingency solutions, and network efficiency.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, legal, finance, customs, commercial teams, and external partners to resolve disruptions and implement improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations research, aviation management, supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field.
- 0–10 years of experience in airline network planning, cargo operations, transportation planning, logistics, or a related area.
- Experience working with airline partners, interline agreements, transportation providers, or external network operators.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and operational implementations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in air cargo, express transportation, airline, or logistics environments.
- Knowledge of Asia Pacific aviation markets, regulatory environments, and airport operating constraints.
- Familiarity with airline scheduling, capacity planning, route economics, and network optimization.
- Experience with data analysis tools, automation, visualization platforms, or optimization models.
- Understanding of procurement, contract management, and partner performance management.
