Agent/Lead Agent - Order Management (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Compensation includes a base salary, 13th month salary, and an attractive negotiable bonus; the range varies by experience.

What you will do

• Ensure smooth and timely shipment processing and compliance with customer requirements and standard operating procedures.
• Enter shipment data accurately and on time, and monitor reports to support customer satisfaction.
• At lead level, allocate workloads, monitor workboards, and help the team meet internal KPIs.
• Build customer relationships, respond to information requests, support pricing activities, and complete customer reviews.
• Monitor invoicing and company reports while communicating policy and regulatory updates to the team.
• Mentor agents, promote productivity tools, and support system changes and enhancements.

Requirements

• University or college graduation, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organizational, proactive, self-motivated, and innovative approach.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ocean freight or order management shipment handling processes.
