What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify schedule risks, and provide reliable forecasts and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Site teams for integrated planning.
• Track critical path activities and key project deliverables to support successful outcomes.
• Prepare and present regular planning reports, schedule updates, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning tools and project controls practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a planning, scheduling, or project controls role within engineering, construction, or renewable energy.
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 with proven experience in schedule development and progress monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to identify risks and manage multiple priorities in a project-based environment.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications in Planning, Scheduling, or Project Controls.
• Experience within the renewable energy sector.
• Experience working in international matrix organizations.
