What you will do

• Manage assigned dealer relationships to achieve sales objectives and drive engagement with hirify.global products.
• Equip dealers to sell more new and used GM units while ensuring profitability.
• Act as a liaison between dealers and internal departments like Credit, Funding, and Commercial Lending.
• Analyze dealer-specific data and reporting to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
• Identify and mitigate risks such as fraud, portfolio issues, and agreement violations.
• Present information and initiatives to senior-level managers at both hirify.global and dealerships.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Cleveland, OH area for this field-based role.
• 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry, lending, or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent extensive experience.
• Ability to use AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for daily tasks and understanding of responsible AI use.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for face-to-face dealer interactions.
• Ability to travel overnight within the assigned territory as required.
