What you will do
- Manage and grow automotive accounts to meet and exceed strategic growth targets.
- Conduct dynamic training and onboarding sessions for new dealerships to maximize platform adoption.
- Launch, manage, and scale pilot programs across major auto dealership groups.
- Analyze performance data and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for leadership teams.
- Partner with Partner Success Managers to unlock local account performance.
- Maintain high CRM data integrity by tracking account activity and pipeline progression.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience, preferably with mid-to-large auto dealership groups.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% travel, both in and out of state).
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proven background in coaching and onboarding teams to adopt new technologies.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
