Account Manager (Fintech): Driving client growth and platform adoption within the automotive sector with an accent on dealership relationships and pilot program execution. Focus on scaling BNPL solutions across dealership networks and conducting strategic business reviews.
Location: Texas (Field-based, Requires extensive travel up to 75%)

What you will do
- Manage and grow automotive accounts to meet and exceed strategic growth targets.
- Conduct dynamic training and onboarding sessions for new dealerships to maximize platform adoption.
- Launch, manage, and scale pilot programs across major auto dealership groups.
- Analyze performance data and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for leadership teams.
- Partner with Partner Success Managers to unlock local account performance.
- Maintain high CRM data integrity by tracking account activity and pipeline progression.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management or sales experience, preferably with mid-to-large auto dealership groups.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively (up to 75% travel, both in and out of state).
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Proven background in coaching and onboarding teams to adopt new technologies.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
