Location: Flexible (Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite in San Francisco or Sydney).

Salary: $306,000 - $408,000 yearly.

What you will do

• Drive integrated forecasts for MAU, revenue, bookings, and billings across product, sales, and marketing.
• Partner with senior business leaders to manage financial performance and implement planning frameworks.
• Design and implement executive-level reporting cadences and driver-based forecasting models.
• Lead, grow, and develop a motivated team of finance professionals.
• Partner with accounting, tax, and treasury teams to deliver organizational financial goals.
• Provide deep insights into investment decisions and capital allocation to drive efficiency.

Requirements

• Deep technical expertise and a proven record of leading global Revenue and GTM FP&A teams.
• Experience in both Product and Sales-led GTM motions within a US public company environment.
• Strategic mindset connecting investment decisions to long-term company growth.
• Brilliant communication and stakeholder management capabilities for collaborating with senior leadership.
• Exceptional leadership and coaching skills to motivate teams in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to continually improve and elevate financial processes and systems.
