Salary: $116,000 - $135,000 USD (US base salary range)

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of 300+ associates and manage 10 salaried employees, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Run day-to-day fulfillment center operations: order processing, inventory management, and shipping for both D2C and B2B customers.
• Define and manage D2C vs. B2B operational distinctions (flow paths, picking methodologies, and shipping requirements).
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement and achieve operational targets.
• Own budgeting and cost management: optimize costs, reduce waste, implement cost controls, and ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, customer service, and quality control; report performance and insights to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Proven experience as a Site Leader or similar leadership role in a large-scale fulfillment center or distribution environment.
• Strong knowledge of fulfillment center operations: order processing, inventory management, warehousing, and shipping.
• Demonstrated success managing and developing large teams of hourly and salaried employees.
• Ability to analyze data, metrics, and KPIs to drive performance improvements.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and health & safety regulations and best practices.
