What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing operations organization.
• Manage day-to-day execution across receiving, processing, data destruction, and logistics.
• Set and hold teams accountable for throughput, quality, and SLA targets.
• Standardize processes across sites to ensure operational consistency.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive measurable improvements in throughput and cost.
• Lead site launches, ramp-ups, and special projects during regular travel.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience in ITAD, electronics recycling, reverse logistics, or warehouse environments.
• Proven track record of building and developing teams.
• Hands-on experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
• Comfortable using operational data and KPIs to drive decision-making.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Fresno, CA or New York, NY.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for site support and launches.
