Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Tulare, CA (Onsite 4-5 days per week)

Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage daily onsite service operations to ensure safe, reliable, and accessible transportation for the community.
• Make real-time decisions regarding fleet, driver supply, and compliance to resolve unexpected issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, addressing concerns and ensuring they are equipped for success.
• Analyze rider and community feedback to implement actionable operational improvements.
• Utilize data and technology to diagnose service performance issues and enhance overall efficiency.
• Serve as the primary operational bridge between city partners, drivers, and internal hirify.global teams.

Requirements

• Must be able to commute to the Tulare area 4-5 days a week.
• Background in people management, logistics, customer service, or process-oriented operations.
• Proven track record of managing and retaining professional CDL drivers.
• Deep understanding of DOT/FMCSA safety and compliance standards.
• Experience managing fixed-route transit, including time-point adherence and run scheduling.
• Comfortable working around Class A/B vehicles and understanding of 35-to-45-foot coach bus requirements.
