Salary: €43,000 – €58,000 + ≥40% bonus

What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Collaborate with Customer Success to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Negotiate contract renewals and strategic account expansions.
- Represent the company in the field via customer visits and industry events.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B field sales.
- Proven track record of customer expansion and upselling.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Fluent Italian and professional English.
- Willingness to travel and spend time in the field.
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
