Location: Hybrid (Milano, Italy)

Salary: €43,000 – €58,000 + ≥40% bonus

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Identify and execute upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across B2B and B2C channels.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract renewals and strategic account expansions.
  • Represent the company in the field via customer visits and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or B2B field sales.
  • Proven track record of customer expansion and upselling.
  • Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Fluent Italian and professional English.
  • Willingness to travel and spend time in the field.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial skills.
