What you will do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, and closing net-new customers while meeting/exceeding quotas.
- Build and manage an enterprise pipeline using self-prospecting and SDR-supported outreach; maintain accurate opportunity management and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC).
- Lead structured enterprise discovery and solution design across multiple stakeholders, then run remote and in-person demos.
- Manage longer, complex deal cycles with clear next-step ownership and lead commercial discussions aligned with pricing and contracting frameworks.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, Solutions, Finance, Legal) to shape and progress deals.
- Lead customer onboarding by mobilizing internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution and start long-term account relationships.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
- Ability to run structured discovery, solution design, and demo meetings with multiple enterprise stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting mindset, including comfort with cold outreach and complex discovery conversations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and value-selling skills.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Background in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
