TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (Enterprise Sales): Acquire and develop net-new enterprise customers through a structured, consultative sales process with an accent on managing moderately complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and translating customer requirements into tailored value-driven solutions. Focus on running end-to-end prospecting-to-close ownership, coordinating internal teams for deal progression, and leading onboarding to establish long-term customer relationships.

What you will do

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, qualification, and closing net-new customers while meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Build and manage an enterprise pipeline using self-prospecting and SDR-supported outreach; maintain accurate opportunity management and forecasting in Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Lead structured enterprise discovery and solution design across multiple stakeholders, then run remote and in-person demos.
  • Manage longer, complex deal cycles with clear next-step ownership and lead commercial discussions aligned with pricing and contracting frameworks.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders (Ops, Solutions, Finance, Legal) to shape and progress deals.
  • Lead customer onboarding by mobilizing internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to execution and start long-term account relationships.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing a full sales cycle (prospecting to close) with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Ability to run structured discovery, solution design, and demo meetings with multiple enterprise stakeholders.
  • Strong prospecting mindset, including comfort with cold outreach and complex discovery conversations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and value-selling skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
  • Background in logistics or freight forwarding is preferred.
