What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from initial pitch to closing.
• Define sales strategies, target audience, and tactics to disrupt the manual claims space.
• Collaborate with the Head of claim.me and the CEO to scale market capture.
• Represent the company at key industry events and webinars.
• Sell recovered revenue and operational efficiency to online retailers.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS/Tech Sales, ideally in fast-paced or early-stage environments.
• Business-fluent German (C2) for building and managing commercial relationships in the DACH region.
• Strong English skills for internal collaboration with an international team.
• Experience pitching to C-Level/Heads of Logistics and Customer Support.
• Entrepreneurial drive and ability to build processes from the ground up.
• Must be based in Berlin for a hybrid work arrangement.
