Air Operations Associate

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end air shipments including booking, documentation, and coordination with shippers and agents.
• Manage timely invoicing and verify incoming invoices from sub-contractors.
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing queries, claims, and feedback.
• Maintain system data accuracy and generate operational reports.
• Collaborate with account managers and customs teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to drive efficiency and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in air operations or freight forwarding.
• Fluent in Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Good English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Flexibility to work on weekends as required.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
