What you will do

• Coordinate needs and planning with the Sourcing department.
• Manage transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
• Plan delivery timetables for each component and track arrivals.
• Coordinate shipments with project execution teams.
• Review shipping documents to ensure accuracy during transport.
• Develop processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization.

Requirements

• Higher education in Logistics, Supply Chain, Sourcing, or Administration.
• Broad experience in a similar logistics or supply chain role.
• English: B2 level minimum required.
• Advanced proficiency in office software packages.
• Strong coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Availability for occasional travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with precast concrete or manufacturing processes.
