What you will do

• Receive, inspect, and store materials, ensuring compliance with documentation.
• Manage inventory levels in ERP systems and prepare regular stock reports.
• Prepare and deliver materials to support project and assembly team requirements.
• Coordinate local purchasing and manage supplier deliveries to the site.
• Monitor order status to prevent supply shortages and ensure project continuity.
• Handle quality incidents and manage spare parts inventory through project closure.

Requirements

• English: C1 level required.
• Must be available for international travel and long-term site assignments.
• Superior vocational training in Transport, Logistics, Administration, or International Trade.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehouse or transport operations.
• Valid forklift driving license.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems such as JDE or SAP.
