What you will do
- Review, redline, and negotiate customer, vendor, and partner agreements to balance risk management with business velocity.
- Manage the legal department’s intake queue in Salesforce, ensuring efficient triage and resolution of inquiries.
- Implement and improve contract management and automation software to reduce manual administrative friction.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure compliance and smooth transactional lifecycles.
- Develop structured playbooks to reduce contract-to-close latency and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Must be based in the US
- Demonstrated experience reviewing and negotiating commercial legal agreements within a corporate ecosystem.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and contract management lifecycle (CLM) platforms.
- Formal legal education (J.D., LL.M., or Bachelor’s degree with corporate paralegal credentials).
- Strong interpersonal skills for building collaborative relationships across departments.
- Ability to think pragmatically and execute project follow-through with exceptional commercial judgment.
