Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 plus bonus

What you will do

• Draft and negotiate inbound and outbound commercial technology contracts, including client, partner, and vendor agreements.
• Manage coordination between Salesforce and contract management tooling.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align contractual obligations.
• Provide guidance on contract language interpretation, renegotiations, and modifications.
• Oversee the contract lifecycle and identify efficiency opportunities for revenue and legal matters.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience negotiating, reviewing, and drafting commercial contracts for technology solutions.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience with contract management systems.

• Experience negotiating agreements related to data licensing and protection.
